Operated by FXBFI Broker Financial Invest, LTD., 101Investing was established in 2016 and is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus. Apparently, 101Investing is licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

Aside from its tier-one regulatory compliance, 101Investing is registered with Europe’s MiFID (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive). With this registration, client funds are secure, and that the company will not use the money in a case of insolvency.

Checking its official site and platform, we found it secure as it is protected by an SSL certificate, protecting all information shared on the platform being encrypted and cannot be used to commit fraud.

In terms of customer support, Traders can contact the customer services team telephonically, by email, or on live chat. Alternatively, traders can log a ticket on the website. The website also has a comprehensive FAQ section that instantly answers some of the most common queries clients have.

Note, though, that 101Investing’s services are not accessible in certain countries due to legislation and restriction, including the USA.

With over 250 financial instruments, 101Investing’s products span CFDs, Forex (Over 45 currency pairs available), commodity (over 15 hard and soft commodities including gold, gas, and oil), metals, indices, and cryptocurrency (over 50 of the most popular cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum). 

Account Types

The broker offers three different account types that can satisfy different types of traders. Each account type can determine your trading conditions and the services available to you. These accounts are Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Pro Exclusive is a special account for professional traders. 

Using the Silver account, you need to secure a $250 minimum deposit and access spreads from 0.07 pips, maximum leverage of 1:30, and more than 250 tradable assets.

The Gold account provides you with a 25% Swap discount, maximum leverage of 1:30, spreads from 0.05 pips, zero commissions, and over 350 trading assets.

If you opt for the Platinum account, you are dealt with a 50% swap discount, maximum leverage of 1:400, zero commissions, Spreads from 0.03 pips, and more than 250 tradable assets.

In order to sign up for the Pro Exclusive account, you need to meet certain qualifications including having a portfolio greater than $500,000, placing significantly sized positions, and experience in a professional position related to the market. This account gives you leverage of up to 1:400 for selected instruments and reduction on current margins rates. 

101Investing also has an Islamic account offering and a demo account feature where you can test the platform and build a trading experience.

Other Fees

If your trading account is not active for 60 days, your account will be classified as inactive and will be charged with corresponding inactivity fees.

Funding Methods

With 101Investing, you can deposit withdraw by any of the following means: credit/debit card, bank wire transfer,  eMerchantPay, Skrill, SafeCharge, Worldpay, Solidpay, and Paydoo. The broker does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees.

Moreover, the usual withdrawal request process takes 3-5 working days and shall be transferred from the same mode as deposited.

The broker is a MetaTrader-only broker, which means that it only features the MT4 as its sole trading platform. Bottom Line

101Investing is a considerable broker as it is duly regulated, has a wide range of educational materials, zero commissions, and excellent customer support. However, the broker, as mentioned previously, is not accessible in certain jurisdictions and its basketful of assets is all in CFDs.
