Being a global brand, Equiti does not fall short in covering financial markets as it hosts an array of tradable assets to choose from. It has 170 financial instruments consist of over 55 currency pairs, commodities (gold and oil), global indices, and shares.
On the above reference, we can glean that the broker only offers two account types: Executive and Premier.
The Executive account is the entry-level account type as it requires a $500 minimum initial deposit. Compared to entry-level account offerings from other brokers, the Executive account is relatively pricey despite being the cheaper account between the two offered. It has spreads starting from 1.6 pips and a 1:500 maximum leverage level. This is a zero-commissions account as well. Using this account, users can enjoy trading with micro or standard lots sizes. This account is also powered by Electronic Communication Network (ECN) technology which accounts for tighter spreads and faster execution.
On a different level, the Premier account is a lucrative account type requiring a $20,000 minimum initial deposit. It has spreads starting from 0.2 pips and a 1:500 maximum leverage level. A $70 per $1 million forex trade amount commission fee is in place. This account is armed with the most beneficial features including advanced risk management functionality, sophisticated order management options, advanced order types, Expert Advisors, and an array of research tools.
Equiti Group features the most convenient payment options. Depositing and withdrawing funds from trading accounts can be made through wire transfer, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and online payment systems (Neteller and Skrill).
The good news: Equiti does not charge deposit fees to any of its offered payment methods. However, clients have to bear in mind that their personal banks may charge them with service fees.
For withdrawal transactions, Equiti does not have fees for credit/debit card withdrawals. It charges a 1% withdrawal fee through Skrill or Neteller and certain amounts for bank or wire transfers.
Equiti Trading Platforms & Tools
Equiti Group is a MetaTrader-only broker. However, its MT4 offering is not without upgrades as it features robust systems to handle large volumes of trades. It also gives traders access to all of the broker’s covered financial markets. More so, the platform has the Expert Equiti Advisors features for multi-asset trading.
Another important thing to note about Equiti’s MT4 offering is its flair of valuable research and analysis tools vital to profitable trading.
Equiti also hosts well-developed supporting features in research center, blog page, academy, trading tools, and newsroom.
Equiti is a highly regulated broker, has tight spreads, and is powered by an excellent 24/6 multilingual support team. US traders, however, cannot get the services of the broker.
Looking for some nice-to-haves, the broker learning resources must be leveled with the market-leading research centers of top brokers, and cryptocurrency trading will be a good addition to its market coverage.
